Our Services.
Acupuncture
Each acupuncture appointment can range from 45-60 minutes. Your initial acupuncture treatment will begin with an in-depth consultation about your primary concern.
Follow-up treatments will have less time to consult and more focus on any changes in your symptoms.
A free 15 mini-consultation can be requested prior to your initial consultation either via phone or video call.
Cupping
Appointments can be made for 30-minute cupping sessions or a mini session can be added after each acupuncture treatment.
Typically, the traditional fire cupping method is performed and a combination of sliding the cups along muscles and retaining cups in one spot is used.
Cupping is a great method of breaking up muscle adhesions and knots/trigger points that might be contributing to patterns of pain. It also provides therapeutic relaxation.
Herbal Medicine
During a consultation, you will discuss a detailed health history including past and current illnesses along with all medications and supplements that you are currently taking.
The consultation is included with all initial acupuncture treatments but can also be scheduled individually for 30-minute appointments either virtual or in-person.
After this in-depth discussion, a custom formula for each individual will be ordered. Herbal medicine can be taken in a variety of formats including pills, powder, or raw herbs.
B12 Injections
These can be purchased as single sessions or as a package of four sessions.
B12 is an essential water-soluble vitamin that is very important to your overall well-being. Some benefits include more energy, improved mood, a healthier immune system, increased metabolism, and so much more.
